Originally from Lake Tahoe, California, I recently relocated here after raising my family and embarking on my own pickleball journey. Over the course of ten years, I have dedicated myself to playing and competing at the 4.0 - 4.5 level, allowing me to refine my skills and develop a strong understanding of the game. Holding a PPR Certified Coach certification and having previously served as a USPTA tennis professional, I bring a diverse background and a genuine passion for coaching to assist players in realizing their full potential in pickleball.

My wife Susan and I moved our family to Louisville in 1996. Our 3 children graduated from Fairview.
As a high school athlete I competed in football, basketball, track and golf. As an adult my athletic accomplishments included climbing Mt Kilimanjaro, riding my bike from San Francisco to Los Angeles and playing in the team handball national championships at the Olympic training facility in Colorado Springs.
My passion for athletics continued by coaching youth sports in football, basketball, soccer, and tennis for many, many years.
During Covid I retired from being a software sales executive and threw away my tennis racquet for something called Pickleball. I have played 6-7 days a week for 3 1/2 years and I have coached at Impact for over 2 years. I compete at the 4.5 level and have played (and medaled) in tournaments in Utah, Florida, Arizona and of course in Colorado. I am a PPR certified coach.
I love the pb community in Colorado and I hope you become as addicted to it as I am.
